JEWELRY CARE TIPS

You can take care of the cleanliness of your jewelry with simple materials that you have at home!

PROPER CLEANING OF JEWELRY

Your jewelry can be professionally cleaned and polished every two years (or more often, depending on their use). In the meantime, you can also take care of the cleanliness of your jewelry with simple materials that you have at home, by following the steps below:

In a bowl, make lukewarm soap with a little dishwashing detergent. Dip your jewelry in there. You can leave them for several minutes, especially if your jewelry has stones, on the sides of which are collected the remnants of everyday life (eg soaps, creams, sweat, dust, etc.). With an old, soft toothbrush, brush the jewelry carefully, especially around the stones or other areas with a vacuum.Rinse with plenty of water and wipe gently and allow all the jewelry you wash to dry completely, especially if you are going to store it. Moisture storage is a very bad idea.

This process will clean your jewelry from surface blur and re-illuminate the stones that adorn it.

Exception: Do not do this procedure on jewelry with pearls, emeralds or opals.

CAUTION:

  • Do not put your jewelry in boiling water. You can damage stones or even metals.
  • Do not immerse your entire watch in a bowl of hot water, even if it is waterproof.
